MintyDave 0
30th Birthday Party On Saturday Night. No Dance music is the only request for the evening. after that i will mostly be dottin' and dabbin' Its been best part of 20 years since i was drinking in the Toon Ray, so i can imagine most of my haunts have been demolished or re-developed. The Quayside is a good bet and avoid the Bigg Market at all costs unless you intend on wearing Black and White. vokf 0
In responsible Dad mode this weekend. Not seen my children since the start of the month so missing them. May have a client meet after dropping them off on Sunday, not 100% sure yet. Doing a gig in my local in a few weeks, so need to create a few posters... Hope you all have a good one whatever you're doing! Ray, remember the gaffa tape, clingfilm and camera :-) lol

Wayne 74 0
Well, had a gig in a local of mine on Thursday, wasnt all that busy compared to previous, but still a good night had by all. Got a Joint B'day party / Welcom home party for a couple tonight at local village hall. They have give me full reign over the music for the night, so I'm gonna ensure that everyone is up dancing for most of the night (hoping). Hope everyone else has a good weekend. Cheers, Wayne
Raymilkybarkid 0
Well the trip to Newcastle was fantastic. Some of the DJ's though need to practice their mic skills IMO. Got fed up of every bar / club playing Lady GaGa to death. 1 DJ played the same song 3 times in an hour... Had many beers and met some lovely people. A fun packed weekend complete with a trip to Whitley Bay for a few rides on the Fun Fair which wasn't so much fun after a few beers. Nearly spent out at the casino playing Black Jack but managed a win with last hand that brought me back to break even. IMO a fun lively place to visit for the weekend if you can handle life at 90mph during the evening.... P.S. There are even clubs for the well over 30's :spin: with one club attracting the average age of 50. The DJ played a fantastic range of music from up to date going back to the 60's. I felt right at home there :funjokeandlaugh: . Professional DJ Since 1983 - Having worked in Clubs, Pubs, Mobile and Radio in the UK and Europe 29 Years Experience and still learning.
