Nigel28 0
Has anybody got advice/thoughts on setting the gains on MP3 files? I've ripped all my CDs to MP3 but have noticed quite a difference in levels. I've used MP3 Gain on the default 89 db setting but this seems a bit to low. I'm intertested to hear of what other DJs have done or do you just leave the files as they are?

gadget 0
I don't gain mine, perhaps I should (but then it sounds a bit too quiet). Traktor automatically gains after analysis for me, so sounds ok ... vokf 0
I really need to run some tests... I don't think my DDS uses this field..? Not sure, but I've run it on my files a few times with no apparent effect!
