martin472 0 Posted June 19, 2010 Report Share Posted June 19, 2010 hi, well i got the speaker stands today, put the speakers on them and they fitted great,,,,,then i tried to take them of and the speaker was well and truly stuck, i ended up turning the speaker upside down and twisting the pole of, has any one got any tips on making things a bit easier to get the pole of the speaker? regrads martin Link to post Share on other sites
vokf 0 Posted June 19, 2010 Report Share Posted June 19, 2010 Lube? :joe: Seriously though... check the "hole" on the speaker for any flashing (bits of plastic from where it was molded) If it is plastic and you can feel a few bits of rough, then some sandpaper etc may take it off. bluejools 0 Posted June 21, 2010 Report Share Posted June 21, 2010 if there is a cap at the top of the pole you will often find that is bigger than the pole width - soon as you loose that or it gets stuck in the speaker the pole will slide more easily :-) Link to post Share on other sites
