MintyDave 0
Following the motown thread im looking at a country/country western playlist. These are tunes that could be used at a generic party if requested, not a specialist night in particular. Im going to start with the obvious and please add any line dancing/country pop classics too (shania twain is a country artist despite not being like by the counrty music community in some cases) Dolly Parton - 9 to 5 & Jolene Kenny Rogers - the gambler kenny and dolly - islands in the stream shania twain - man i feel like a woman billy ray cyrus - achy breaky heart tammy wynette - stand by your man Boot scoot boogie - various artists Glenn Campbell - Rhinestone cowboy Im no country buff so thats all i can recall for now in respect of the mainstream tracks Artists i know of but cant recall their best dancing tracks are Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, Billy Joe Spears, Over to you.
