DJMickeyk 0
Nik two questions if you don't mind, I'm looking at uplighting myself and had the ADJ Par 64's in mind but I really like yours and am leaning towards them now due to the size issue if nothing else, how do you transport them between gigs, do you have a custom flightcase or is one available off the shelf?? I'd be hoping to purchase maybe 12-16 to uplight function rooms. Also it's a little off topic but how do you attach that LCD to your trussing? I'm using a projector and screen at the moment and space is an issue in some smaller venues. I have a great short throw projector which means I can set up in tight spots usually, but the big 82" screen just looks out of place in smaller venues, also I have to put it either side of me so it can look unbalanced unless you have two, your trussing with the mounted LCD looks very smart I must say. www.tipperarypartydj.com

I get the four of them and all the associated wiring in a hard cast I brought off the shelf for £35. I got two of them and my hazer goes in the other one. OK TV I got an old lighting T-Bar cut it into two strips and attached this to the back of the TV where you would attach a home mounting bracket I then got two clamps and bolted those to the Strips so I can hook it over the truss and tighten the clamps onto the bar. In my smaller set up I mount it on a T-bar lighting stand and depending on space put this to my side or behind me. Glad you like the set up. I have a gig coming up where they guy wants the works so must get some shots of that as I will also be using my big PA plus some more lighting and hopefully smoke. Norfolk DJ 0
I'd be looking to transport mine in a material Ariba style bag
UKHero 0
I'd be looking to transport mine in a material Ariba style bag that would be fine but for an extra £10 you get much better protection IMHO. If I get time tonight I will take some pictures for you guys. Nik Edited August 14, 2010 by UKHero Niks Roadshow

gadget 0
With all the pass-through IEC connectors, I'll bet its about two power leads up that stand? One for the screen and one for all the lights in one go? :) Good photos Nik! Having just sold (subject to payment) all of my old KAM lights and spinmasters (not got much left now), I'm now in the market for some of these! :) Cheers, David DJ David Graham Tel: 01204 537716 / 01942 418415 Email: hello@djgraham.co.uk FB: http://facebook.com/djdavidgraham Web: [under construction - it really is coming soon :)]
UKHero 0
I got from the local PC market a single IEC in to three so one lead up the pole for electrics and one HDMI Down for TV plus if DMXing then one DMX lead. Works great but as mentioned in another thread the wiring takes the time. Nik Niks Roadshow
