Any suggestions? Thanks llyr They are available from car audio shops in the form of CD but you would have to buy one. My eldest son had one but has recently sold it on ebay for under a tenner as he has just informed me. vokf 0
Free software; http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ Can provide White/Pink/Brown noise, or Sine (and sawtooth etc.etc.etc). Also a very capable Audio editor with plugins. Download, Install and then; Generate->Noise->Select Noise Type and duration (leave amplitude at 0.8), it will create the sample. Save as WAV Burn to Audio CD (or just leave as WAV) Don't save to MP3 unless you really need to - and use 320Kbps bit-rate. Lower bit-rate MP3s will have frequency harmonics... so it won't be "pure" anymore... Jason Edited August 12, 2010 by vokf
