Looks like the predator top bit is sitting on the KAM CD controller - unless its just the photo angle...

your eyes dont decieve lol. I hadnt screwed it down properly. I did put the sockets in the side in the end

The Predator is the best mixer I have ever used It even beats the "CLOUD" lol.

As you can see from the pic its a bit beaten up but considering ive used it for over 15 yrs its not in bad nick :Thumbup:

Its great, Ive not got the best memory , so every time I think of a track, search for it and put it in the crate and its ready and waiting .

bpm indicator mesmorises me lol.

I think ( imho I have the best set up I could have )

Mixer is great for my little beat mixing sessions, it now has all line in's thanks to ppl on here. I love the kill switches .

It will be a shame when it does die :protest: I will have to give up djing lol

15 years? cripes, that is awesome mileage..

 

 

I need a mixer that is 1u smaller than what I have now (Omnitronic Ozone CM-740 club mixer, in blue..) I have a feeling when the HD2500 turns up it won't fit in my gator case with my CD player controller (2.5 bloody U).. Or may have to just somehow overlap or sommmat :)

 

They don't make mixers like they used to eh? :)

The GREAT thing with the Predator is that you can move the inputs to the rear face or the bottem face :Thumbup:

Which makes it easier to shove another rackmount item right above it flush. Something I can't do with my Ozone, so has to go right at the top above everything else.

 

I really wish I had a fifth input fader on my mixer though (or dual mic inputs and 4 channels), as Mic input is used for wired mic and input 4 is for radio mic.. (my new Shure PG24/PG58 \o/ which sounds awesomely good!)
