raiden 0
Hi According to my profile I joined in April but I dont think I posted anything yet? lol Anyways im very new to mixing and cant get enough. Been doing it about 3 or 4 months now and im slowly getting better. Bit of long story but my wife is a dj and shes really good and loves here DnB but when we met I was more a rock and indie fan. Over the last few years her brother inlaw has got me in to liquid DnB which is mostly what I mix. After seeing a few dj's like 'fresh' I thought I need to learn how to do this so I brought a second hand serato SL1 and use the wifes turntables. I did mix at a party back in Sept and I wasn't to bad but at the moment I struggle without looking at the wave forms on the screen (bad I know) hopefully ill get my head round it in the end and learn to mix properly. At 31 I am late to the game but looking forward to the challenge.

McCardle 1
Since your main area of interest is centred around mixing, I would start here http://www.futureproducers.com/forums/ http://www.soundonsound.com/forum/ubbthrea...?Cat=&C=2#2 "The voice of the devil is heard in our land" 'War doesn't determine who is right, war determines who is left, and you wont win this war.'
