Just been on your web site . Very good direct to the point easy to find info. What sort of PA equip do you operate with?? Thanks for the comments I use very basic & simple equipment. Speakers - Proel Smart 15 System Amp - A Proel 1.5k I find this to be more than addequate - I have never had a complaint for being too quiet, but people will complain if you are too loud. I also have additional amps & speakers for thos gigs that require it - and I can't even remember the last time I needed them Mobile Party DJ For Weddings Parties Corporate Events Covering London Essex Kent Sussex Surrey Bucckinghamshire Hertfordshire & Essex
Peteee 0
Hi Ian http://www.dj-forum.co.uk/html/emoticons/042.gif Yea we are going the same way Compact light easy quick set up Clean sound Most of my work is weddings and private events I find clients do not want loads of light boxes etc Lighting we work off tripods with laser and projection Plus a few scaners for the larger gigs. RCf (Mackie) Art 300's plus Events Active croosover EQ gives incredable bottom end off 12" speakers which covers many of our gigs. We link or bi amp two RCF S800's for the bigger gigs and can double this config again if needs be. Ian have you a short sample MUST playlist of tracks Jazz/soul/funk that you would not be without. Bit weak in this area My associate Paula from Liverpool is into all that sort of music (See web site for her picture was taken back stage at a Courtney Pine gig) She has a funky soul jazz 5 piece Plinky Plonky music as she calls it http://www.dj-forum.co.uk/html/emoticons/laugh.gif Peteee N U F C Yea.... I'll prepare a list over the next 2-3 days. my essential soul box has 100 CD's in it Mobile Party DJ For Weddings Parties Corporate Events Covering London Essex Kent Sussex Surrey Bucckinghamshire Hertfordshire & Essex
