aclassdisco 0
I really should have done this first, but was sucked into Karaoke Hardware. http://www.dj-forum.co.uk/html/emoticons/thumbup.gif I'm Ross, will be 19 this year and have been DJing since age 11 as a hobby with firm intentions to make a career out of it since I started. I have always had a very wide knowledge of music dating from the 60's although Im better from the 70's onwards right through to current Chart and Club sounds. Straight away, I started doing friends, family and school parties now and again. In October last year I went professional under the name of "a class DISCO" after making a serious investment in some new gear, enough to buy a large family car, and haven't looked back. I admit at times it can be a struggle but for a relatively new business we are doing pretty well. It will be years before I see that investment again! I LOVE MY JOB!! Later on I discovered my dad did the exact same thing at my age, Scary or What. All I can say is that it runs in the genes, or is that dhiorea? http://www.dj-forum.co.uk/html/emoticons/tongue.gif lol http://www.dj-forum.co.uk/html/emoticons/dj.gif Personally I love to get on the decks and do a set incorporating House, Hard House, Dance and Hard Dance as well as OldSkool. But mobile you often have to play to please. I'm currently looking for a residency in a Glasgow Night Club and preparing a new Demo CD. http://www.dj-forum.co.uk/html/emoticons/1106.gif That's a hint to any willing night club owners who may have stumbled upon this great site. Thanks.
