ChrisPointon 0
Okay, the Forum has had its usual weekend slump, so I'm guessing that we've all been out, entertaining the masses and earning lots of dosh for the Taxman! http://www.dj-forum.co.uk/html/emoticons/tongue.gif So what have you been upto, and how did it go??. Saturday Night - I was at our usual fortnightly venue - the residency at the local club. Quite a good atmosphere, and quite busy considering a lot of people are on holiday. Tonight, saw our monthly crew meeting to discuss May's bookings, followed by a trip to the pub, followed by a curry, followed by a DVD (I can recommend "One Hour Photo" with Robin Williams, its Weird but gets you thinking!). Now I'm off to bed!.
The Spindoctor 0
I do hate this when you feel 'obliged' to tell the truth!! Ok so Friday I took it easy cos i was still suffering from alcohol. Saturday I actually went back to the pub I worked at Thursday to buy the barstaff a drink for putting up with my inebriated, last out the pub, I'm p****d who gives a f:cense:K mentality. Then Sunday night was back to work as normal! Actually the girls (barstaff) said I was highly amusing and the presentation was fabulous if very slurred!

DJTREV 0
Interesting Jeff. Do you mean the first wedding they didnt get off their arses.I thought I was the only one who had those. As for the Americans-I wouldnt have got the gig.John cougar mellancamp or the eagles Who do they think you are ;the owner of HMV.Or are you!! It never ceases to surprise me at the range of artists, tracks that some of you take on gigs. Mikeee sent me a copy of his library not long ago.A lot of tracks were duplicated but it still amounted to a hell of a lot of tracks. This is not a rehearsal This is it - grab it while you can. The Soundlab have a PSU which has a large metal plate screwed to the case - just heatsinking for the regs.
