Hi all, my Nightmare, was a Halloween disco in 2001 for a local social club, we had taken the booking from a DJ we knew and had worked with earlier that day on a Sound Job in the local theatre, well to start the pay was awfull, and second the Guy we took the job off had done the job for the last couple of years before, hadnt told us a thing of the sort of crowd or the type of music. The Music we started to play like the oldies and lovie dovie stuff, didnt go down well they liked the uptempo stuff like S Club 7 with reach, and Robbie Williams Rock DJ u get the idea, so after going through our collection of upbeat stuff we got the crowd going finally and in the was a complete success (Yippie). but still the pay was rubbish, nearly got a booking for ourselves, but never happened.
