Most of the rooms are on the first floor, except the Council Chambers which is on the second http://www.dj-forum.co.uk/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif I am guessing you are in the Asssembly room which holds about 200 people and has about a million power sockets to choose from., you can also dim the lights in this room. I think Princess Street is the nearest car park, if you cannot park onsite (can't remember !!), and don't forget the one way system either the only way in is via St Martins Way I think. Was just checking whether I needed to load the price for anything awkward. I've had a look at the website and the assembly room looks the most likely.
