It's out there to make as much money as is possible, sure they have some dodgy business ethics but that's what's made Bill Gates one of the richest men on the planet.. There are alternative OS's out there.. I got bored of Windows problems and switched, now my main OS is Debian Linux and I use windows for work stuff and video editing. The rest I do on my linux box..
