Looks like its going to be a toughie... a rare tune indeed... Try getting in touch with John Manship at www.raresoulman.co.uk.... He doesnt have any available at the moment, but you could get some ideas from him... or post that you are looking for a copy. Good luck

Incidently the tiune you are looking for is the B side of At The Discoteque By Chubby Checker on Cameo Parkway

 

and there's a couple of Cameo Parkway albums for sale on ebay.com by Chubby Checker at the moment might be worth a look!
