BigBen 0
Yee-haa!! Rawhide? the Good, The Bad and The Ugly? Deliverance http://www.dj-forum.co.uk/html//emoticons/fear.gif Don't forget Wild Wild West as well - awful film but Will Smith did the song! Go to Blockbuster and look through their wild west cowboy films. Watch City Slickers - it won't help much but it is a very good film. http://www.dj-forum.co.uk/html//emoticons/biggrin.gif You will need some chaps, a gun and holster, a stetson, a waist coat, cowboy shirt, oh, and a horse...? As for music to dance to - what about some country/line dancing? The Grid-Swamp Thing, Everybody's Gonfi Gon (?), Steps 5-6-7-8, Pogues' Irish Rover. Aside from that, it's a normal night!! Gary 0
Plenty of good song suggestions - The earlier posted suggestion of "The Grid's - Swamp thing" (Now 28, disc 2, track 1 (ish) or thereabouts) would be a great music bed for each of the rodeo bronco riders - you can use the CD timer display as a stopwatch ( http://www.dj-forum.co.uk/html//emoticons/whistling.gif ) For those that make it through to the next round, change the music bed to "Cotton Eye Joe" (though you might wanna cue past the vocal bit)... But any of the well known Western TV themes will be good too - Theres also been up-tempo versions of some of the older tunes, such as Rhinestone Cowboy, Country Roads etc - even Atomic Kittens: I want your love sampled one of the oldy cowboy themes, magnificent 7 wasnt it? http://www.dj-forum.co.uk/html//emoticons/533.gif
