YourBigEvent 0
Derek, it seems a little strange to have three rafffles prizes, which in effect is one machine, what happens to the guythat wins the remote for a machine he hasn't got ? .....but what do I know ? Your Big Event Office:01803 813540 Direct: 0797 0717 448 e.mail:info@yourbigevent.co.uk
Derekpen 0
OK The prizes are, Prize draw to win: Peter Merry’s CD Rom, 1) ” The Six Pillars of Wedding Marketing for Mobile DJs.” Worth £59.95 2) A Behringer VMX 200 Mixer [Ex Demo] 3)1 B-550 3 Wheel Bubble Machine Retail Value £99.99 1 BJ-5 Bubble Juice Retail Value £15.99 1 FC-5 Timer Remote For Above Retail Value £15.99 4) 2005 New Model Cosmos (CH-302A) Retail Value £129.00. Like i said before, obviously this depends on us receiving the goodies in time, and we may change / substitute one item for our end of show auction. Things are coming together by the hour at the moment and as Mike has suggested we have other manufacturer's and suppliers interested in attending. Quality isn't expensive......................it's PRICELESS Many Thanks, Derek. NADJ CHAIRMAN

Dukesy 0
I think this is a great idea, by the way. http://www.dj-forum.co.uk/html//emoticons/thumbup.gif It should encourage DJs to attend / visit a meeting - especially if all these 'guests' are arriving. My concern is that the times specified of 2 - 5pm may not be long enough for everything to be seen / examined and questioned about if the actual meeting was intended to be an AGM?! Can you not 'extend' the meeting time???? It's a great marketing tool and opportunity to not only invite DJs and industry along together, but also important to educate all. Derekpen 0
Mike is already on the case. we have the room from 12.00 to 18.00. We may well start the AGM at 1.00.[to be confirmed] Once the "Formal Part" is completed there will be ample time for committee members to answer questions or provide greater detail in one-2-one conversation. One of our biggest challenges is getting people there on time. I will have to leave Chester at 9.00 after finishing the night's gig at 2.00am It's a 360 mile round trip for me, and i know there is interest from guys in Yorkshire and Devon and Cornwall! Quality isn't expensive......................it's PRICELESS Many Thanks, Derek. NADJ CHAIRMAN
