This player is the business for a mobile dj. As for price its priced well. The player has cd text. Very good feature indeed. Also the button to skip the tracks is a rotary knob Which means you can get to the track you wish to play quicker. Also the player features MP3 playback hotstarts etc.

When you pause a track on the player the pause button flashes. Which looks good Also.

Plus a lot of the settings on the player can be preset by a menu which can be accessed by holding down one the buttons on the player. You can change the brake speed. Also the autoclose on the cd drawer and you can set the player to play single track or continious by default. I prefer contionious play really. By default the player was set to do single track which i could change in the settings to play continious by default.

SPOT ON

The DENON DN-D4000 is a very good buy for the price. I highly recommend this product to any DJ.

And well done for having a crack at it!

It's a good solid machine and the best I have used having started back in the day with Gemini and then moved onto Numark and a back up American Audio unit. You really do get what you pay for....

Mind you it is about to be superceeded, check out this review of the Denon replacement for the DN-D4000.....
