I've treated myself.....

Recommended Posts

As you know part of our business is cake making, which requires LOTS of eggs, we normally buy about 200 a week, most cakes require both 'parts' of the egg, the white and the yoke, however some don't !

I have just found 5 egg yolks in the works fridges, in the home fridge we have some Dry Cured Smoked Danish Bacon, and in the bread bin, a freshly made loaf of bread, coupled with the butter we buy, again, normally 100 plus packs per week, I was in business....

Three rashers of crispy bacon, placed on a thickly cut slice of fresh, buttered nearly still warm bread, topped with the 5 egg yolks (That's the yellow bit Kingy !), rounded off with a dollop of HP sauce.

Does it get any better ?

.....but what do I know ?
