The site is theoretically legal in russia, as in they comply with russian copyright laws (which don't cover mp3's). This was proved by a court case in March, which upset the record companies somewhat. Therefore according to the Berne convention, it is legal for us to download from there. I am also contemplating trying them out (paying by paypal, wouldn't trust my credit card details there) I see there are 2 elements of risk here, a) you are very unlucky and record company picks you as a test case, b) someone else is proven guilty somehow, and you have to repurchase all your mp3's risk v saving...
