fordmandj 0
Hi, over the weekend i was a punter at an old school night and a tune came on which i absolutley loved. but i dont know what it was http://www.dj-forum.co.uk/html//emoticons/rolleyes.gif . so i just wondered if you lot could help me out at all, now i believe the following lyrics are in the song. "gotta get up, gotta get to it" - male vocals (i think, any of the words may be wrong) i think it had female vocals in aswell maybe saying "fresh" - dont go by this too much now this tune really kicked on and i can remember that it had a great breakdown with like a crazy drum beat going on (really strong beat) and thats all i knows, the most annoying thing is that today it was on galaxy, but i only heard the last 20sec of it (no vocals to help) and they didnt say what it was afterwards, lol the only suggestion i have had so far is "the goodmen, give it up", which at times sounds kinda similar but it isnt the right tune, and i dont believe the 2 are connected in any way. i know its along shot (or some of you might know straight away), but any help or suggestions would be great, If we get the tune name, its WELL worth adding to anyones old school set. cheers, james --------------JAMES-------------- D & J BEATZ ENTERTAINMENT ------ MSN Messenger: fordmandj@hotmail.com ----- ----------- E-mail: d_jbeatz@btinternet.com -----------

transeurope 0
While we are all remembering a time when to be a DJ was truly great I must say my vote goes for Bizarre Inc's other underground tune: "Such A Feeling"! Anyone remember it? Whatta choon! Such bass. Such clever interweaving of female vocals with in yer face bass and no silly vocoders or other tricks. They had the concept and they had the sheer courage to do it.
