Hi, I've tried tunatic / shazam. The 30 seconds are taken from a bootleg vinyl 'disco mixer' called Broadway 2, released in 1981, that I rediscovered some time ago in my vinyl collection. I've identified all the tracks (see my review on discogs.com) except for this one. The dj used popular but also less known U.S. and European disco/funk tracks. I doubt that this particular track was an instrumental track for TV or movies (porn or other). I've tried lots of forums, watzatsong.com, music quiz forums, etc...
