  1. Nice to have you back Kev xx
  2. Tone is absolutely right. The recommended safe weight loss is between 1-2 pounds per week, and it will be easier to keep off... this will also mean that your skin will not become "saggy" or baggy" but will tone with the weight loss. If you are determined to keep the weight off, then exercise is key. Poor old mikeee! Healthy eating rather than dieting is by far better for you.... Try some of these pointers! Never eat after 7pm Put your knife and fork down between bites Dont Fry food Eat in moderation Dont snack between meals Serve your food on smaller plates Chew, chew, chew!

  7. The first thing I would do is scrap your "order of play"...... Get a good rapport going with the crowd..... and take it from there!
  8. The problem with the big rigs that are above and surround the dance floor, is the H&S aspect..... We have yet to find a H&S inspector who can give us hard and fast rules - Having had ours inspected by both H&S and Fire inspectors, they have "recommended" that the legs be drilled to the floor..... not a great idea in a listed building!... and it be chained to the walls... even though the rig is totally stable! However, we have found that clients looking for this size rig tend to approach production companies rather than mobile djs.... and we have found that the need for the big rig
  9. I use a senheisser.... cant fault it.... For the kids parties, its worth considering a head set mic

    Awkward Age...

Have experience of... and indeed, have my very own 16 year old ben! You will probably find that it will be a very easy gig... if my daughter and her wide circle of mates are anything to go by... You will find that todays 16 year old have a broad and wide taste in music..... play everything from rnb to motown.... make sure you include classics like let me be your fantasy, and various other 90s dance tunes... they always go down well with 16 year olds... and think film sound tracks.... Im pretty sure there is a thread deep and buried in the forum which has quite a few good track to play for 16
