  1. i did actually forget to mention that if you have a short throw projector then dan is correct but i would assume but i may be wrong that these projectors are fairly expensive.
  2. do you think he would sell any of it seperatly. have you any contact details for him.
  3. Just be aware when having projection screens, that if you have say a 8ft x 6ft screen you will need at least 20 feet of space behind to rear project on to & fill the screen. Iv been there and got the t shirt. :damn: hardly any venues have that sort of room available. i would look at the plasma route, see my youtube videos, my user name is LEENEWSOME300 if you decide on the projector route you will need at least a 2000 lumen projector. If i was advising anyone on doing this i would advise against it and look at the flat panel tv route. you can use these at every venue you go to bu
  4. i think it all depends on what level you want to do it on. I pushed the boat out, with motorized flightcases and 50in plasmas, and around 3 grand plus on mixmash music videos. you can do it a lot cheaper, with smaller screens maybe on a truss and mixmash certainly have some great deals on at the moment with bundle deals. iv had my screens 2 years and all but around 3 weddings i have done, they have been out on every other one.
  5. iv got a source uv cannon, only used twice £50.00.
  6. OTSAV DJ is the best in my opinion and its the most stable program out there.
  7. see original post. iv just done it. the scanners are Abstract VRX, yeah it was different being so high up but it was a great night.
  8. Here's a few pics from last weeks gig in sunderland, it was a 30th birthday party, had the dancefloor out 3m x 3m the chocolate fountain and the disco. http://img199.imageshack.us/gal.php?g=p1030903.jpg here is a bit of video.
  9. Save the money, just get a really good laptop, 1tb external hard drive and OTSAVPRO you will have saved about a 1400 quid.
  10. you could pick lyrics from songs,& ask them to identify the song, just google song lyrics you will find loads. you could ask for the year in which a particular song was released, you could play a song and ask who sang the original.
