  1. yep get them from evl, theres no difference same manufacture
  2. BPC just import from turbly from china. Ralph stockly used to work for them but left and started LFX group which is part of DFB in nottingham but they have gone (edited) up. He now works for KAM lighting. I have always used EVL lighting and has always de-lighted. Abstract was sold not that long ago due to money problems. Also BPC are looking at LED dance floors and other LED products. edit: Please make yourself aware of the forum AUP here. 9) Do not substitute letters within vulgar/obscene/forbidden words with punctuation marks or other symbols. 3. me too no pay-no play. I've use to do many disco at a venue and found before deposits i was getting dropped like no tomorrrow because of people cancelling the events. Now i take a deposit and take the balance on the night in cash only I've had 3 cancel but I keep the deposits. I wouldn't do 90 days terms for anybody as that does normally mean there in trouble as they cannot get ends to meet so there 2 months behind with everything use the 3rd month for payments.
  4. was of money i had a set and the they kept blowing also there imported so not much back up in the uk. I use RCF there the dogs and have used rcf for the last 10 years
  5. plasa is good as look as you have a few million to spend.I stopped going two yrs ago was of time for moble dj's ok if you live in london. GO TO BPM OR DJ SHOW OF THE NORTH loads better and for the dj market
  6. We are taking about lighting not music thats why the topic is LED!!! not how to sell youself its a new bar and the engineers have passed it at the that. Also the cables are normally clipped.
  7. I use a ryger and standmate, but also use a iec Y splitter to mains (2 iec to mains)
  8. NO I wouldn't in the world of djing for me you pay for what you get so if he cannot make it and wanted me he would pay my price.
  9. 4 evl spins 4 evl scanners 4 acme i rocks it takes around hour and half, i've just done a gig last night with a band who used 3 martin wizzards and 6 mac moving heads and they asked about the evl scanners are they 250 msd i said no 150 crt bulbs there the best in the market at that level. For those who say about led lighting i have always had excellent comments about my lights effects and my DJing and i've had no complants in 8 years. The problem for me is that if you have a large room LED lights is just not good enough. I want to make an inpact i want everybody to look at me and my
  10. about hour and half i use mains to 2 iec splits and my ryger for 4 other lights
  11. totally safe the goal post has been rated at 200kg, its to do with the connecting clips in the middle to which i have changed
  12. there a waste of money and not stable i've seen other try this and i'm not a fan. They are also bright so if your using maybe 100w or some 250w lights they will out power them. The good old fashioned light boxes are great as old generations prefer these. and after all they was only ment to hide your cable. Also alot of money for **** heads to fall into..
  13. Unless you are in a really small area mine hardly ever go into there face and always come and thank me for the night and what excellent light show I have. Check out the pictures www.premiereventsroadshow.co.uk and tell me it doesn't look good. I always say you pay for what you get in the disco sector and the Led your mentioning are huge in size and take up sooooo much space.
