We've just installed a uhf cordless mic into our flight case and there is lots of static when the mic is being moved around the room and on occasions just when moving the mic away from my face, this problem occurs regardless as to whether the mic is live or muted. Any help would be appreciated, the mic is wms 40 pro single.

What's Your Advertising Budget?
geoff1960 replied to Paul Smith's topic in Marketing & Business Matters
We have just got our set up and paid cash so we don't have any debts. Have approached my local council and they very kindly emailed me all there registered halls etc in the area which we marketed last week with letter and business cards which we went to vistaprint and chose the metalic ones and the ordinary ones and do like the metalic ones much better £11 plus stamps £25. I also had a word with my local newsagent who said he will pop flyers in the Sunday papers if we treat the paper boys no problems. I got a quote from my local paper and it's quite expensive £25 per week or 10% discount if -
Hope it goes well for you and have a great night :joe:

I have been to Civil Ceremonies, evening receptions and would be careful how you approach the situation as each one is different. All the one's that we have been to say the happy couple and as they are approaching the dance floor congratulations is being played and then there first dance. Just my point of view I would not point cameras at them unless they approve :joe: or be very discreet as this could be a row brewing. Also we noticed that a lot of requests that were asked for the dj never had - remember there will be lots of gay people and all mixes and these tunes go along way on the

We are starting out and would like to use computer dj equipment not laptop based. We have looked at the reviews online of cortex 1000 and numark d2 does anyone have these or something similar. We are also unsure as to what mixer to buy. All replies would be greatly appreciated :joe:

Hello everyone, I came across this site last night and I must say is very informative and hope to be an active member  I am in my forties and always fancied the chance of becoming a mobile DJ. The reason I have got myself motivated is because I recently went to a fifty birthday party and I felt so sorry for the dj there was no interaction and he never spoke all night  The guests were baffled as to what was going on - the cake came out and all of a sudden chain reaction started playing even louder :scared: I am currently ripping all my collection on to a hard drive iomeg
