I've been doung some basic mobile dj'ing for a few yearas now nothing big just family and friends so far. Lighting wise I've currently got 4 Par 56's on a dimmer(dmx'able), 4 par 36's, 2 Abstract Wildscans (non dmx) and a small geni flower thingy. + fogger. I now want to go DMX and spend some money.... i've done some looking into controllers and i've been playing around with daslight which i thinks very good. That aside I want to spend around £500 on some new DMX fixtures, i'd like some moving heads and looking at the stairville 250H's, but ive heard mixed reviews, should i get scanners or moving heads....oh i dunno, i do mixed size venue's so i really cant decide! Ive spoke to this company and where as they are not a big company rightly the products are made in china and i think there just a copy of another brand. I asked about the phone number he has given me a landline now, and also he said if anything gos wrong which it wont i can call his engineeers. he did add its has a 12 month warrenty. Well ive ordered 2 now of ebay so i guess the proof will be in the pudding. And i'll do a litter review for you all! I'm skeptical. Anyway the big news is that they arrived this morning at about 11am....had to go to work at 12 so only had time to unbox and have a 10min play, first reactions....flaming brilliant for the price!
