  1. Hi, we use the flight case with two sides, ie front and back come off, to make two tables, etc. great bit of kit, houses the amp, mixer, twin CD players, two light controllers, plus lighting bars, and radio mike. Only down side it weighs a ton!! We no longer do other than ground floor functions unless they have a lift. Very quick to set up. We have two power leads, On for sound, one for lights, plug in the speakers and and away you go.
  2. Hi I'm a bit new and confused to anything that isnt straightforward. I currently run 1000 watt amp with a pair of bass bins rated 600w and pair of tops rated 300w. This sound fine normally. I now also have another 400watt amp and another pair of tops 400w. Can I run these all together somehow when at a larger venue to fill the corners of the room. My mixer has enough imputs to run a dble CD deck, laptop, and mic, does it need extra outputs? How do I wire up the amps and speakers? Be gentle with me, amps and watt and maths are not my fav. subject.
  3. http://www.dj-forum.co.uk/html//emoticons/headphone.gif Collecting speakers? I now have 600watt Bass Bins plus a pair of 400 wattt and 300 watt tops, all rated at 8ohms. is it possible to run these off a 1000watt amp. Running the speaker leads in /out to one another. I can get hold of another 400 watt amp, is thay another option, but would I neeed a crossover? to run it all together
