I've recently ordered from VistaPrint. Since then I've got a lot of junk e-mails from them but no extra charges. I'll be watching my account very closely though.

I'm a DJ based in Northern Ireland with nearly 10 years' experience offering a range of services. Including club residencies, karaoke, pub quizzes, specialised wedding service, Master of Ceremonies, Compere, Night at the Races and much more.

Please PLEASE tell me how you stopped it happening. It's happened to us a few times and has started again. Call the number on the statement and it's pre-recorded, visit the web site and need a password!

Last time we had to cancel our debit card to stop it. Do you have an easier way?

I believe this happens when you place an order and a pop-up then appears with an offer. If you accept the offer you will get billed for it (monthly I think).

From recollection the pop-up doesn't tell the full story at the start and you need to read the terms & conditions further down (or in another link).

I got stung last year and still use vistaprint simply because their very good.

As you place your order you have to "opt out" to becoming part of their membership sceme.

If you catch it quick enough they refund the money, which they did to us.

How??????

We got the phone No. off the website explaining we were regular customers and didn't understand the membership scheme when ordering.......and if they didnt refund us we would cancel our order which was LARGE.

She then explained that she couldnt put our funds back onto our credit card????? but would send a cheque , which they did for the amount lost three days after our conversation.

You really have to stand your ground with these people and unfortunately its putting a lot of people off.

Its a stupid little box that, if i can remember rightly, you have to Un-tick to opt out when placing your order ......Sillly !!!!!
