  3. Hi Lady was a bit over the top me thinks. But this is because there is a new health safety ruling coming into force the propriotor has to look out for the staffs hearing etc. And they will have to supply ear plugs to the staff. This will come into force for us as well when it does come in When i heard this i thought what a loud of ? and switched off from the guy giving the talk. So now idea when it comes into force but its inthe pipe line. dennis the menace
  4. [quote Hi In answer to the question yes i have put my prices up from the beginning of the week. And i believe a few people will. I believe ther is a poll somewhere on this site i did a few months ago and the average price for a booking was £125 but looking at the people who talk on the site the average price now is £150 But if you break it down £300 a year = £25 amonth or £6 aweek. And it's tax deductable remember thats something you have n't got to give mr Brown. The bit that frightens me and everyone else is paying the £300 in one go. Thats either two or thre
  5. Hi guys /Gals Where do you gain your promotional dance cds from. I myself like the old cheesy party stuff etc but i'm having a fair amount of 18th/21st over the last few months. And there all ask for dance garage but the only music i have is the charts. and there coming up with names i do not know. I ask the obvious question where have you heard it. Either its of the music channels, radio station. so if there is any club dj out there can you give me a clue where to go or a web site. thank you dennis menace

  7. hi guys /gals be gentle with with me i'm not technically minded. i have as a set up 1200 amp and then 4x300 watt speakers. Now i really have to turn the volume up pretty well 3/4 round to satisfy customers. but sound then sounds tinny an awful. BUT i used a venues speakers the other week they were 750 per speaker i could only have them about 1/2 way because the amp then was clipping but the people then were complaing they couldn't here the music. where am i going wrong my usual crowd is anything from 50 to 150 people i'm looking at hopefully going into venues that i ca

I had to chase the bride for when they wanted the 1
