  5. due to my experiance i dont think you can get pli cover at this age also how can land tenants let you on in their licensed premises under age ?
  6. well done now were talking my business this is what i want to hear i was on the fone with my friend who is very experiance in sound systems as he is a showman using big systems for his fair rides at big fairs he said the same thing as this, also he said that he dont think i would need to have 8ohm and 4ohm will probley be enough untill i upgrte, also he said please corrent me if am wrong that my behringer 1280s will give me 450rms at 4ohms but a 300rms at 4ohm speaker will work perfectly and he also said that a 400rms speaker would work good aswell, so me being me i questiond hi
  7. its for karoke/mobile disco use but i need that extra bit of juice their just incase i get a bigger booking like a marque or sumthing like that. i am use to using big sound systems but i simply dont have the cash to start going out and buying crown amps and cerwin vega subs, also i dont wanna be wheeling in amp racks as tall as me into my gaffs i think that gives the wrong impress on mobilediscos and karaokes maybe a rave then yeh lol I have just been on the phone to a dear friend of mine who i use to work for on the funfairs he is the man of all big sound systems lol so he told

  9. now then all you fellow bassheads lol would a 1500wat sub be big enough for a medium to large gaff,my amp would power it at 900w and 1200 peak.many thanks
  10. its true what your all saying but if you take alook at any peavey single 15 inch you may find 300rms or 350rms now peavey do a double 15inch speaker i think its 600rms its just another speaker u find in the singles but with another £100 added onto the price,i believe that peavey use the black widow speaker.
  11. hey i wonder if i could get any views on this with other manufacturs i was looking on the net for a chassis sub so i can put it inside my homemade cab,i came across an american stockist which stocks jbl,rcf,mackie,peavey,18 audio, the list runs on and i notice that every peavey 15inch speaker cab has the same speaker inside and of course different ones being different rms in them.but basicly their all the same speakers if you buy an 15inch one for £100 or a 15inch for £400 this is crazy !
  12. the garage i refur to is either r'n'b or the good old speed garage which i speaclize aka niche, bassline its all up and coming along with the speed garage tune by the very respected T2 in the charts.
  13. i say Shure all the way top quality mics for the price you pay.
  14. yes the 1280s is a powered mixer, specs up top of page
