Gary 0
Not as yet no. Did you see the other post above, about the tick boxes and the version number.
Dale King 0
Yes mate, its the right version and the boxes are checked. I looked up .wav in the T&R help file and all I could find was ".wav – ID3v2 tag in 'id3 ' RIFF chank" - whcih makes no sense to me at all. BigBen 0
Have just read Garys post about the exploding disc - would I get better results with a specific CD (or DVD) rom drive? I carried out some heavy testing last year - this thread highlights my progress. At the time, Plextor drives were renowned on geek forums as the best CD players for audio use. The Plextor website also explains a little about its history too. They may still be the dogs, but I've been out of the loop for a few months. This is another thread you may find useful. Gary 0
Incidently, if there are some people getting exasperated by different PC Tagging programs out there being incompatible with each others tags may find that they'll need less headache tablets by around about mid/late June... :ads:
Andy Westcott 0
Oh I hope so. Denon's Music manager doesn't seem to run on Windows 98 either, which I am finding irritating. It installs OK without throwing up any warnings, but won't run. I was hoping to use that for tagging WAV files. Please don't suggest, anyone, that I go and buy a later operating system simply to run a bit of free software, as that will simply add to what has already been a pretty exasperating day.
