You hit "Veteran" at 200 posts, unless somebody changes it for you. Luckily sat here in Admin Towers, I can change it to whatever you like - suggestions??. The little picture is known as an "Avatar", and fixed ones can be selected from the database in your control panel. If you want to upload a custom one then you can, provided the image is 64x64 pixels. If you have Adobe Photoshop, or similar software on your pc, you can edit it to fit and then upload it.
