From early 80's

 

Thought it might be something a little cheesy people havent heard for a while.

 

(Now its in my head, I cant get rid of it - ahhhhhhh)

was watching it and found myslef singing it all bloody day yesterday

its all 80s music on it so im sure there will be worse to come lol

No I missed that.

 

 

 

 

 

Just one of those tunes that comes into your head sometimes - 20 odd years ago since I last heard it, but I cant remember anything that was on the radio yesterday !!!!!

 

I'll watch it next week - add some more cheddar to my brain !!!

Thats sarcasum right, you cant actually be serious, you would get lynched if you played that at a gig.

I play it quite a bit, haf a request for it's follow up "Wunderbar" the other week too

i played it recently at a 40th and the dance floor was full

mostly men but they got right into it

it was a right laugh

 

but recently ive had a lot more requests for a lot of the

80s hits must just be the age of the parties ive been doing

Why?

Well for a start I can honestly say yesterday was the first time I had ever heard it, I have never been asked for it and I would never play it.

Just my oppinion. But I really dont like it.

 

OMG - Id consider adding it to a 80's set, if you have one soon.

 

Obviously some of your punters may like it, So its worth a spin..........

Always worth giving them a spin, I will give it a go next time I get the chance, Im sure I have it somwhere.....

 

It could just be one of those surprising tunes that people love.

Only if it's the demo version by Dexys Mk2 without thos bloody annoying fiddles!

 

I'm sure it was released on some sort of odds & sods compilation, but I've never been able to track it down.
