Gary (GDK) 0
For me on Saturday night I have a suprise 30th! Rebooking off a kids party I did late last year. Songs to play? New Order - Blue Monday (Came on the radio the other day, I quite like the song. On a recent mastermix, there was a mix with it Madonna Hung Up I believe... may give it a spin early doors! Dukesy 0
Believe it or not, I'm actually out yet again with the modern wheels of steel in one of the darkest corners of the local area for a private 'gathering'....I've been told to stick to the road and not to venture off when its dark... :fright: Blue Monday - I'll give it a try! But I'll have to play 'Bad Moon Rising' too me thinks! MintyDave 0
Songs to play? New Order - Blue Monday (Came on the radio the other day, I quite like the song. On a recent mastermix, there was a mix with it Madonna Hung Up I believe... may give it a spin early doors! One of the modern indie bands elbow or somebody simular did a thing on radio 1 t'other day and it was a mix of blue monday and the noisettes - dont upset the rhythm. It was pretty good. Work this weekend Tonight - school prom - too young for blue monday tomorrow - 30th birthday with a themed seventies night - not a blue monday decade Saturday - 60th Birthday - too old for blue monday so i have failed before i have set up unless i drop it in in the background music slot or during the buffet....does that count? Gary (GDK) 0
Suprise went really well, she didnt know at all. The only problem was that I learnt during the night, that her mam didnt know that most of her friends are barred from the pub she had it. The room it self was refurbished to a high standard just over a year ago and it was stunning! Small round, low celing height, just got my deckstand up.. Power points were good, and great staff to :) Poor turnout though, could be due to friends being barred...
