Dukesy 0
It was announced in the press some days ago, that ALL pubs in the UK will be allowed to stay open beyond their normal licensing hours, upto 1AM in the case of 'normal' licensed venues which don't currently have late licenses, all in celebration of the Royal Wedding on April 29th. I'm just wondering as to whether any pubs are planning on having Entertainment whilst they take advantage of the increased trading hours, and how many of us have taken enquiries or actual bookings for this night. Anybody had any private Wedding Bookings on this day?

PWES 0
I've been booked for a Wedding on the 29th of April since August last year, AND it's my birthday ! If one of Her Majesties minions had beaten them to the booking, I'd have charged the same exhorbitant rate as I always charge. Why would you charge more, because they have more ? The best DJ between Littlehaven Station and the Rusper Road in Horsham - Probably.... MY disco website CHEAP DJ PLI amongst several others ;-)

Dukesy 0
That announcement sent costs soaring as couples rushed to share their big day with the famous pair and caterers, photographers and registrars doubled their prices for the public holiday. I wonder how many of these suppliers would be charging double for an ordinary bank holiday function?
