I would try Bravenet.com as they offer FREE mailing lists which you set up the database with them and manage it for you but you will have adds if you use the free service otherwise you could have a look at your webby host if it has Cpanel then it could ahve the Fansitco Feature which has three choices of Mailing lists but that is host dependant.

Or you could try and box it in a wooden case with direct tubes for flumes, May have a photo of one i have seen will post later id i can find the photo.
