Wont buy it wont play it. If record stores were to put a collecting tin next to the cd's then I'd put me money in there and leave knowing that I have helped the cause and have not promoted garbage at the same time. Dunc.
  3. Why do kids always ask for R&B and when you say "like what or who" They never have any idea. Ask em what R&B stands for and they rarely know that either. We keep plastic cutouts of the letters R and B now and just hold them up and say "yes". They usually go away then.(mumbling) http://www.dj-forum.co.uk/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif Dunc.

  6. I'm not condoning breaking the law but.... I don't suppose any of you have ever done 35mph in a 30mph zone it may come as a shock but thats illegal too. I think I'm just saying, We all know the laws about copyright even those who say "Really I didn't know that" (ignorance is not a defence in a courtroom) but maybe its just time to stop preaching about it. http://www.dj-forum.co.uk/html/emoticons/smile.gif Dunc.

  11. When I roadie for a friend I get earache and headaches. This doesn't happen when I do my own gigs. I can only put it down to spending more time in on the loud side of the speakers when I'm out with someone else. Dunc.

  21. Can't say what age I'll be. It will be when it's not fun anymore! Dunc.
  22. Slade Merry xmas everybody
  23. Bought one two years ago for about £40 (nice sturdy metal one), Used it loads at kids party's I mean really hammered it and have used about two litres of fluid. Running costs for two years.....erm....erm ...£5. http://www.dj-forum.co.uk/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif Dunc.
  24. Like some of the others I'd supply them with a couple of alternative playlists, stating that some of their chosen tracks are unavailable. Maybe even speak to the manager at the venue and try and get their support for not playing certain unacceptable music. Chris it would be more help if you could give us an idea what the playlist actually contained. You only stated that you would not normally play this sort of thing at an adult gathering............It could be a tweenies night for all we know! http://www.dj-forum.co.uk/html/emoticons/533.gif Dunc
